What is the NASCAR RacePoints Program?
A free loyalty program designed to allow fans to earn NASCAR RacePoints based on qualifying activities with participating partners/sponsors. Accumulated NASCAR RacePoints can be redeemed for exciting race-related rewards. A full list of NASCAR RacePoints Rewards can be found in the online Rewards Catalog on the NASCAR RacePoints website.
Am I eligible to participate in the NASCAR RacePoints Program?
To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
How do I redeem my NASCAR RacePoints?
To redeem your RacePoints, first browse through the online Rewards Catalog on the NASCAR RacePoints website and use the shopping cart function to redeem. If you don't have online access, you can call NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service at 1-866-579-RACE (7223).
How do I keep track of my RacePoints?
You can check your RacePoints online anytime on the NASCAR RacePoints website. Go to the "Points History" page. NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service can also provide up-to-date account activity information. The toll-free number is 1-866-579-RACE (7223).
How can I be sure my purchases are credited toward my NASCAR RacePoints balance?
Each participating partner may reward RacePointsin various ways. Please refer to the online participation guide for details onhow to earn RacePoints through our partners. Always keep your receipts forverification in the event of a discrepancy.
Will my RacePoints expire?
Yes. Racepoints expire 5 years from the date ofissuance. In addition, if you close your Bank of America NASCAR Credit or DebitCard, or it is closed by the Bank, all unused points issued for Bank of Americaactivities will be immediately expired.
I lost my NASCAR RacePoints identification number. How do I get another one?
If you lost your NASCAR RacePoints ID, pleasecall NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service 1-866-579-RACE (7223). You will beasked to provide your account security information, and they will give you youridentification number.
When I return an item for credit, will the NASCAR RacePoints I earned when I bought the item be deducted from my NASCAR RacePoints balance?

Are there certain shipping restrictions that apply to all Rewards?
Yes, all rewards are subject tocertain shipping restrictions.
Rewards cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.
Rewards are shipped via ground service. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Can I transfer RacePoints from my NASCAR RacePoints account to someone else's account?
No, RacePoints are not transferable.
What is the Reward return policy?
Reward returns cannot be made without firstcontacting NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service at 1-866-579-RACE (7223). Rewardscan only be exchanged in the event of defects existing on date of receipt ordamage in shipment. NASCAR RacePoints Customer Service must be notified of anydamage or defect within 30 days of the delivery date. Be sure to note anyexceptions, damages, defects or shortages on the delivery receipt beforesigning to accept shipments. Also, be sure to retain all carton and packagingmaterials. Original packaging is required on all returns.

Can I go directly to a merchant's website? Or do I always have to start here?
In order to receive credit, you must begin your shopping here every time. It's the only way we can track your purchases
When will the RacePoints I've earned appear in my account?
The amount of time between when you place your order with a merchant and when your RacePoints appear in your account can vary widely, depending on the merchant. It usually takes between 45 and 90 days.
Do I get RacePoints every time I shop or just the first time?
You get credit every time you shop, when youstart your shopping session here.
Do I get RacePoints for anything I buy?
Usually, NASCAR RacePoints may not offer pointsfor all products and services from each merchant. You can get specific detailson the "more information" page for each merchant. To find themerchant information page for a merchant, click on the "more info"link on any shopping category page.
What happens to the RacePoints I've earned if I have to return a purchase?
The RacePoints will be deducted from youraccount if you have already been credited for the purchase. Usually, however,any returns will be completed before the RacePoints initially appear in your account.
There seems to be a discrepancy between what I've been credited and what I thought I would be credited. What do I do?

How do you know when I've made a purchase from a supporting merchant?
We keep track of who you are by writing a"cookie" to your computer. Cookies are completely safe and do notcontain any of your personal information, except your first name. We pass anidentification number to the merchant so they can tell us how many RacePointsto credit you.
Does the shopping area access my personal information?
No. We only keep track of your user ID and whereyou shop, so we can properly credit your account.
Do I need a coupon code to take advantage of special offers?
In some cases you do. The coupon code will begiven to you along with the special offer.
How do I know how many RacePoints I will receive from each purchase I make?
You will earn a different amount from NASCARRacePoints, depending on what you buy at that merchant's site. We show you anestimated range. View the merchant's "more information" page forspecific details. We do not guarantee a specific amount. The amount displayedin the mall is an estimate.
What does it mean if it shows a point earnings range (e.g., 2-5 RacePoints per dollar)?
Point earnings vary depending on the productsyou purchase from that merchant through the NASCAR RacePoints Online Mall. Seethe merchant's "more information" page for more details. You can viewthe merchant's information page by clicking on the "more info" linkon any product category page.
